Building robust backends with Java & Spring Boot. Obsessed with clean architecture, meaningful software, and the intersection of philosophy and code.
Hey, I'm Berkay
I'm a backend-focused software engineer who thinks in systems. My drive isn't just to write code — it's to question, architect, and engineer solutions that hold up under real-world pressure.
I gravitate toward microservice architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and event-driven systems — the kind of work where every decision has a "why" behind it. My core toolset is Java & Spring Boot, backed by Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
Outside of engineering, I explore philosophy, train seriously, and believe that the same discipline required to hit a deadlift PR is what it takes to design a resilient distributed system.
